Welcome to my "Je Peux" blog; "je peux" meaning "I can" in French.
Tomorrow, I head into my seventh week of fitness training and "mindful eating." I was indeed mindful of all of the C-rap I ate at the movies today, which isn't exactly what the term calls for.
But hey. It has been a major personal coup to get this far, and I know full well that total deprivation doesn't work for me.
So. It may take me a year or two to turn this mighty ship around, but I am in it to win it.
